All our dogs are loved family pets first and foremost and so live in the house as very much part of the family, coming on family holidays, exploring the Hampshire countryside and generally getting up to mischief. The breed have been part of our family for almost 50 years with my parents first purchasing a bitch from the Oldwell kennel back in the 60's, we breed very infrequently with emphasis on quality over quantity ensuring our dogs are fully health tested as well as having low COI's.

 

The kennel name 'Saturnsrings' was chosen because of our love of science fiction and astronomy, with many of our home bred puppies have space related names. Apart from showing the dogs at conformation shows up and down the country we also compete in high level competitive obedience with plans to also compete in rally's in the autumn, this is because our bullmastiffs have very active bodies and minds.

 

We now specifically choose lines from all over the world who have produced duel working and conformation champions because we believe as a working breed they should still be active.
